Products are normally shipped 1 to 3 days after receipt of payment.
When the order leaves, an e-mail will be sent to the recipient with all the shipping details.

Money back guarantee

If for any reason the product purchased was not in conformity with the requested article, we assure the replacement of the goods within n. 10 days from receipt.

Right of withdrawal

Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/99 gives the purchaser the right to withdraw from the purchase within ten working days from receipt of the goods by sending to the address: Azienda Agricola il Bottaccio, Via del Pino 1 – 57025 – Piombino (LI) a communication by registered letter with return receipt.

Arrangements for reimbursement of consideration.

We will provide the refund by bank transfer or non-transferable bank check within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods. The refund is only applicable to the price of the product. The cost of shipping and delivery to the home of the product will remain at the expense of the consumer. The condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product and the packaging.
